Owners of apartments of a higher standard (new blocks of flats in Redłów or Orłów) can demand a two-month deposit. Always pay the deposit by bank transfer with a clear title – never in hand without a receipt. Please note that the deposit is refundable within 30 days of handing over the keys, as long as the handover protocol does not show damage beyond normal wear and tear.
