• Verdict: Prague-North is well connected (Metro M2), but not for everyone. If your sense of comfort is high, look for a place closer to Targowa Street or in the vicinity of Praga Park, and avoid the “deep” Brzeska Street.

Don’t believe the descriptions in ads like “quiet neighborhood”. Every landlord writes like that. You need to conduct your own audit.

• Acoustic map of Warsaw: Go to mapa.um.warszawa.pl, turn on the “Environment” -> “Noise” layer. You will see if your block is in the red overrun zone.
• Google Street View (Data): Check the timeliness of the photos. If the photos are from 2022, in 2026 the building may stand right next to the construction site of a new development investment. Renovations in Warsaw take years – driving piles under the foundations is a noise that you can’t muffle.

No, unless you have a car. Getting from Miasteczko Wilanów to the center in the morning is a logistical nightmare (there is no metro, buses are stuck in traffic in the direction of Sobieski).
